The skyline of Atlanta shows the center of downtown because of all the tall buildings that are in the drawing.
Delineation
I have used contour lines to draw the image of Atlanta, because they show the outline of the city. To capture the shade and shadows of the city, I have used fine hatched and cross-hatched line because they offer form.

This pen & ink drawing of the Atlanta, Georgia, skyline is from the middle of the day with full light because of the sun light. The line-work used here is free flowing because it is loose. To make the work more poetic and appealing because people like that in an architectural rendering I used free hand. Generally speaking, cityscapes and skyline painting are very much influenced by architectural renderings because of perspective techniques. The perspective mechanism allows for the artist to drawing real life like things because of the three-dimensional on a two-dimensional plane.

Architectural renderings are more precise and less artistic because they employ the use of T-squares and rulers. The French curve tool is utilized to make perfect curve lines because they are error of free. This drawing in not an architectural rending because it is done in free hand. The cityscape of Atlanta that is drawn here because it shows the center of downtown. All of this is done free hand without the use of any mechanical pens because it is art. The use of perspective is used in the that building are drawing in 3-D because they appear to have depth to them. None of the lines that are drawn use perspective because the structures do not use any vanishing point.
