Cruise book cover USS Midway CV-41. This ship’s cruise book documents my time on board the USS Midway CV-41. One of the greatest periods of my life and one that I will always cherish because I served my country. In this cruise book, as the staff artist, I did the portraits of the lead officers as well as scenes from the various departments and ports of call. The USS Midway was home ported in Yokosuka, Japan because that is the contract stipulation.
