Seattle Skyline Watercolor Painting At Sunset From Elliott Bay For Sale ~ 882. This view of Seattle, Washington, is looking from the southwest across Elliott Bay. The cluster of skyscrapers makes an imposing image for this watercolor. I have chosen to use sepia color ink in the watercolor and utilized some hatching for shadows. Since the time is dusk the sky reflect the tones of the setting sun and the building as falling into shadow.

The line work is very clear and precise so as to accurate portray the structures but without excess line work to distort the watercolor.
