The House Portrait Is Drawn By Me

Just like the image of me here in the video above drawing a live action portrait from a sitting of Father Christian, so too, are all of the House Portraits that I do, as they are created live, on the spot, and not tracings from image transfers of photographs, or employing the use of digitally engineered images.

Original Work Of Art

I look directly at the photographs emailed to me and draw and paint from that image, without projection, tracing, and image casting equipment. Each house portrait is a unique hand made work of art that holds, and gains in value over time.

Non-Digital & Non-Mechanical Art

Each house portrait is a unique work of art, that holds and gains value, as I am a graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Each house portrait is done my me, a professionally educated, and trained artist. All of the house portraits are unique, and not the product of a process that makes use of technical tools and photographic equipment to come up with the rendering. I do not “copy/paste”, “cast/project”, trace, or digitally transfer images on to paper so that they are casting an image that I can trace over or paint on. No mechanical, or digital equipment is employed by me whatsoever in the creation of each house portrait.
