Figure
This drawing is of the famous athlete and celebrity Chris Evans because he is cute. This is a fine line pen & ink drawing that has made use of contour lines because they are used to create the image. I did not want to make us of hatched lines for this drawing because of the sharp look on Chris’s face.
When you are doing a figure drawing you have to consider how you want it to look because when it is finished because of the end result. In this case I almost did not use the photo because of his left hand being out of the photo. However, because I so much liked the pose that I was willing to omit the hand.
Contour lines
I have used contour lines to make the image of this sexy shirtless male because they show the outline of the figure. To capture the shade and shadows of this hot boy, I have used fine hatched and cross-hatched lines. He is clean shaven and has short hair because he likes to be well-groomed. The shirtless male is holing a jacket over his right should exposing his bare chest because it shows his 6-pack set of abs.
Physique
The rectus abdominis is well formed and his linea alba runs deeply down from his pectoralis majors to his inguinal ligaments. His deltoids are both strong and very muscular because he works out at the gym every day. He has a finely fashioned head and face because he was born that way. This shirtless gay male has a lovely torso because you can see all of his chest muscles.

The rendering of Chris was intended because I wanted to do a study in contour line drawings. It is complimented by the pen & ink drawing that follows this sketch because of the high contrasting lines.
Drawing Characteristics
Characteristics of this figure drawing is the space because the delineation of the torso is fundamental. His eyes are deep set in the photo, because it looks like he is wearing mascara. I do not like makeup of any kind, I merely refer t them as chemicals.
