Figure Drawing

This drawing rendering is of the Brazilian model Jorge del Rio Romero because he works out. I have used multi-color pen & inks to create this figure drawing because I want to mute the tones. The first thing that I did was to make a sketch of the subject for the scale of the drawing because it was too large. This sketch can be seen just above because I needed to make the drawing more detailed. I like to do nice and elegant drawings because people like that are clean cut and fresh to look. I never like to draw rude and crude figures because it is prank or spoof. The figure of Jorge is wonderful because he knows just how to model. He has such a beautiful body because he works out all of the time.

The drawing of Jorge del Rio Romero is taken from a photo that is in a small pond with a waterfall because it is tranquil. It is difficult to know where the pond it, for it looks like some sort of State Park because it is maintained. There are no wild animals or reptiles anywhere in the photo because they are not seen. Also, I do not think that Jorge would expose himself or the camera crew to any danger because he likes safety.

Drawing Characteristics

Characteristics of this drawing are the background elements because the show the natural surroundings. The waterfall is just behind Jorge, and the water of the pond is all around his body because he is basking. It is nice to put the figure in a setting, because he looks comfortable and natural, rather than just in an empty studio.

Photos can be found of Jorge on the Internet and searching through Google because he is so famous. I have been very pleased with the male figures that gay websites have posted because it gives me a lot to choose from. Adonismale.com is one of the best gay sites because they offer links to the models in the photos. When you do a search on Google you get a lot of errors because they confuse the name of the mode with the studio or other links. I prefer to draw figures from models because I can name in my website because I can give them credit.
