Figure
This figure drawing is of a body builder lifting dumbbells’ as he stretches’ his body across the room. He is not wearing a shirt and since he is bent over you cannot really see his chest or torso. So the study of this figure is more in terms of body movement, than a figure drawing. He is facing down so you cannot see his face, but his hands are firmly hold the dumbbells for this exercise.
Weightlifter 424A
The rendering of the this weight lifter shows him walking large round dumbbells across the room. The is a shadow on the floor to show his relationship to the weights. There was little use of hatched or cross-hatched lines because there is not much shade or shadowing in this image.
