Mythology
This Mythology rendering of Cyclopes is done with a black pen & ink pen. The pen was a fine point nib. Cyclopes is a monster of of Greek Mythology that has some divine connections, because he was made from one of the gods. My intention was to make a monster from Mythology that was also human. If the monster was just from another world we would not be able to relate to it. The cool thing about Mythology is that it is all about we humans, and the gods are our alter ego. There are so many themes that come from Mythology that touch our life even today, because no matter how modern things get people are just the same. So Mythology helps you to better understand people.
Cyclopes 375A
The Mythology drawing is done in fine point pen nib so as to capture the details. This is a simple drawing with no hatched lines whatsoever. The entire drawing is done with contour lines.
Drawing Characteristics
Characteristics of this Mythology drawing are the contour lines because there are just enough to capture the image.
