Description

The Stalker 146A

Above is a short video of this predator lurking at his door and then starts in on harrassing me as I enter my apartment, because he is evil. This pencil drawing is my predator neighbor Timothy Foley who has been stalking me because he is evil. I used a section of the video to make this drawing. You can see the pattern of his sweater is the same as on my drawing. Timothy is a sick and depraved individual, because he is full of evil. I am not one to believe in the Devil, but he is making me think it over. The one word that best describes this man is creep. This predator drawing shows him when he came out at me in the hall, because he was stalking me. I have the incident recorded on my video camera.

Predator

Timothy Foley is full of evil and does not rest until he finds a victim. He is continuously on the prowl looking for sex and trouble. Timothy is a pedophile that has proclivity for young Hispanic boys of Middle School age. I have heard him talk with his friends on the phone saying the same. Timothy, like a typical predator, is in and out of his apartment all of the time and he spends a lot of time at Central Park, the children’s park. At the park is a ski slope that he walks up and down then afterwards, he lurks around the base of the hill.

Sexual Deviant

As a sexual deviant he is at the forefront, because he delights in minors. On one occasion when I came home he left his door ajar, and was talking loudly on the phone. This is because he was masturbating right on the phone with one of his sex buddies in a mirror. He would instruct his buddy to fondle himself through his hot pants while telling himself how hot he looked. The conversation carried on in that sick and disgusting vein.

Neighbors

At all hours of the night Timothy Foley can be heard from tenants below pounds and pacing. Further, this predator can be heard dropping crates and heavy object for long periods of time. Even in my apartment next door I hear him playing on the walls. He must suffer from seizures or other Psychological disorders. Timothy is also gay, and has sexual relations with other tenants here at Hawley Manor.
