This pen & ink house portrait is done free-hand, because I did not use and rulers, or mechanical drawing tools. The line of the pen is fine, because I wanted to get in all the detail of the house. The rendering of the house is from the front elevation, because this was the image provided to me in the MLS listing. The pen & ink is in black, because that brings out the delineation.
