Logo

The nude cowboy drawings #321X or naked cowboy is perhaps the quintessential token of rugged male sexuality. Because the cowboy is a universally acceptable role for the human male, it can be used in almost every type of characterization. The drawing of a nude cowboy can be used in both gay and straight platforms offering a clear path to the object of your intentions.

Image Use

A naked cowboy drawing can be used as a logo for a gay bar or a men’s room marker in a straight man’s tavern, the use of the image is very flexible.

Media

Nude cowboys drawings can be done with charcoal pencil, lead pencil, and pen  ink. Each one of the afore mentioned media have their own characteristics.

Pen & Inks

For example, the pen & inks make use of wet or fluid material we call ink. Since ink is a liquid it does not lend itself at all to gradual strokes, but rather to sharp fine lines. This can be seen in the work of a calligrapher. You can of course choose to use blunt wood tips, however, this defeats the exactitude that is sought after in a pen & ink drawing.

Charcoal Pencil

The charcoal pencil is very strong and usually less sharp than a lead pencil or pen & ink. Often the grains of coal come off of the pencil as you are drawing on to the paper, so you have to be careful not to smear your work.

Lead Pencil

The lead pencil is the most common media for drawing. There are a large selection of lead hardness to choose from. The “B” leads are softer leads giving you darker lines but less sharp. The “H” leads tend to be very hard and not as dark.
